Every year at Novacroft, we run the Novacroft Superhero Awards. Our annual team awards are all about recognising and rewarding outstanding contributions from the past year, inspiring achievement and driving business excellence. This year, we received an amazing total of 96 nominations.
Running 13th – 17th March 2017, the 2016 awards spun a whole week, and we announced a winner (or two) each day, with a mini awards presentation to match. The week culminated with a buffet celebration for the entire team.
