Local employer forecasts significant recruitment in 2016
Seven team members at smart technology innovator and software solution organisation Novacroft have been awarded Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) certification, gaining expertise, knowledge and confidence that will help fuel the company’s ambitious development plans.
Through a collaboration with the University of Northampton, Novacroft’s current and future leaders, from a cross-section of departments, studied for their ILM certificates with in-work tutorial support as part of of the company’s comprehensive and flexible training plan, which results in 77% of the organisation’s 270 team members taking training each year to develop their careers.
With the skills in place to support its growth, Novacroft forecasts significant recruitment during 2016. The creation of new roles will support big company growth areas, including software solutions. Novacroft has seen its team of technology experts increase by 132% in the year to January 2015 alone, with roles including experienced and graduate software developers, designers and test team analysts.

Studying the ILM course has been such a valuable opportunity for me – hard work, and a real learning curve, but worth every minute. Now I have a formal accreditation to support my management career. And I’m going to carry on to get my diploma too!
